International shipping for madTrackers VR trackers: price, delivery times and customs

Live outside Chile and want madTrackers VR trackers? We ship worldwide with UPS and tracking. Here is how pricing works, how long it takes and what happens at customs.
Price with shipping included
Outside Chile the price is charged in US dollars (USD) and is the same for every country:

Shipping is a flat fee per order, not per tracker: for 8, 10 or 20 tracker sets only the product price goes up. The home page shows the exact price of every set, converted to your local currency as a reference.

Delivery times
madTrackers are built to order in Chile:
- Build: up to 60 days from payment.
- UPS shipping: 7 to 21 days, depending on the country and customs.
From the moment you pay you can track your order online (build, dispatch and UPS tracking number).
Customs and import taxes
The price includes product and shipping, but not your country's import taxes (VAT, duties or handling fees). Every country has its own rules and thresholds: check your customs regulations before buying. When applicable, UPS will contact you to pay them before delivery.
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and a correct declaration of contents to keep customs as simple as possible.

Warranty and support outside Chile
Warranty and support are the same as in Chile: we help you over WhatsApp and Discord with setup and any issue. The battery is not covered by the warranty, as it is a consumable. Before buying, also read the return policy.
