Download the official madTrackers 3D models to print your own cases and covers. Files are optimized for FDM printing and compatible with madTrackers components.

Print Settings

Recommended Settings

Material:PETG (strictly recommended for its strength and durability)
Layer Height:0.2mm (optimal quality/speed) or 0.16mm (better quality)
Infill:20-30% with Gyroid or Grid pattern
Supports:Not needed if printed in the correct orientation
Orientation:As it comes in the .3mf file (already optimized)
Nozzle:0.4mm standard (0.6mm optional for more speed)

💡 Tip: The .3mf files already include recommended settings. Just open them in your favorite slicer (PrusaSlicer, Cura, Bambu Studio) and they'll be ready to print.

Assembly Instructions

    Clean the PartsRemove any residual supports and file surfaces if necessary for a perfect fit.

    Insert the ElectronicsCarefully place the madTracker board inside the Case. Make sure the USB-C port aligns with the case opening.

  3. 3

    Place the BatteryPosition the battery in its compartment inside the case. Connect the battery cable to the board if not already connected.

  4. 4

    Close with CoverPlace the Cover on top of the case. It should click softly into place. If too tight, lightly sand the edges.
