madTracker

Method 1: Connect in Bootloader Mode (Recommended)Press and hold the action button on your madTracker while connecting it to your PC via USB-C cable. Keep the button pressed until the device appears as a storage drive.

Method 2: Use Web Terminal (Alternative)If Method 1 doesn't work: Connect the tracker via USB-C, open https://terminal.madtrackers.com, click 'Connect', select your tracker from the list, type 'DFU' in the console and press Enter. The tracker will enter bootloader mode.

Locate the DriveUsing either method, a new drive will appear in your file explorer. It will be labeled as a removable storage device.

Flash the FirmwareDrag and drop the .uf2 file (madTracker_NOV_2025.uf2) into the drive. The device will automatically update and disconnect once the process is complete.
💡 Tip: If Method 1 doesn't work (drive doesn't appear when holding the button), use Method 2 with the web terminal. Make sure your browser has permission to access serial devices.
Receiver

Connect the ReceiverConnect your receiver to your PC using a USB-C cable.

Open Web TerminalNavigate to https://terminal.madtrackers.com in your web browser.

Connect to DeviceClick the 'Connect' button and select your receiver from the list of available devices. Once connected, you'll see a terminal console.

Enter DFU ModeType 'DFU' in the terminal console and press Enter. The receiver will enter bootloader mode and appear as a storage drive in your file explorer.

Flash the FirmwareDrag and drop the .uf2 file (Receiver_NOV_2025.uf2) into the drive. The receiver will automatically update and reconnect once complete.
💡 Tip: Make sure your browser has permission to access serial devices. Chrome and Edge are recommended for the best experience.
