You agree to use the website responsibly and in accordance with the law. It is prohibited to:

5. Shipping and Deliveries

- Free shipping available for certain regions
- Once the package has been delivered to the selected postal service or carrier, all responsibility for the shipment lies exclusively with the buyer. This includes, but is not limited to: loss, damage, theft, delivery delays, or any other incident that may occur during transit.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to track their shipment once the package leaves our facilities.
- Any claim, compensation, or direct management with the postal carrier will be at the buyer's expense. madTrackers shall not be liable for any compensation or reimbursement related to shipments once they have been delivered to the carrier.
- We strongly recommend that the buyer purchase shipping insurance if deemed necessary. madTrackers does not provide shipping insurance by default.
6. Warranty and Responsibilities
madTrackers offers a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. This warranty covers only failures in normal product operation under proper use conditions.
Warranty limitations:
- Does not cover damage from misuse, drops or liquid exposure
- Does not include normal wear from use
- Batteries are not covered by the warranty
- Customer must contact us before making any returns

We commit to responding to all warranty-related inquiries within a maximum of 72 business hours. madTrackers reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement, repair or refund according to each particular case.
