📦 Return and Refund Policies

At madTrackers we manufacture and test each unit with dedication to ensure its quality. Therefore, we accept returns and refunds only under the following specific and non-negotiable conditions:

✅ Cases where returns or refunds are accepted:

1. Immediate purchase cancellation:

You can request a full refund only within the first 24 hours from the purchase, and only if the order has not been shipped.

2. Internal sensor failures:

If a tracker has internal failures not caused by misuse, you can only request a replacement, as long as it is covered by the current warranty.
No refunds are made for this reason.

3. Immediate voluntary return:

You can request a return only if:

  • Less than 24 hours have passed since receiving the product.
  • The product is in perfect aesthetic and functional condition.
  • The customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
    The refund is made after product inspection.

🚫 Cases where returns or refunds are NOT accepted:

  • If you do not exactly comply with any of the above points.
  • Damage due to misuse, manipulation, humidity or customer intervention.
  • Requests made outside the strict indicated deadlines.
  • Poorly managed shipments or damage during transport (claim must be made directly to the courier company).

🔁 Refund or Replacement

When applicable, the customer can choose between refund or replacement of the product, except for internal failures, where only replacement under warranty is offered.

To start the process, contact us by email with your order number, clear photos and a brief description of the case. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.
